The 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge invites children and adults to take action for their health, enjoyably and at their own pace.


Something new for 2010 to lend a more global approach to health that stresses the importance of taking care of body and mind!


From March 1 to April 11, participants commit to targeting the following goals:

THE BASIC CHALLENGE


Eating at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, a minimum of 5 days a week.

TAKE IT FURTHER

For those who want to take their efforts further, Goals Plus can be added to the basic Health Challenge.

WEIGHT AND WAISTLINE

The Health Challenge is also an opportunity for adults to take a look at their weight and their waistline.

GOALS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Even if young people opt for the same goals as adults when they register, the Health Challenge offers them goals that are suited to their needs:
