Opening up to relaxation Adopt simple relaxation methods to lower tension levels while making yourself the gift of a dose of energy.
Having some time to myself Get into the daily habit of setting aside a little time for yourself and indulging yourself.
Communicating better Discover simple techniques and tools for more effective communicating, self-expression and listening.
Maintaining relationships with others Put a lot of yourself into your relationships with people you appreciate and whom you can count on.
Assigning priority to priorities Explore different ways to better organize your life and plan activities in order to reduce stress and concentrate on what is important in terms of wellness.
For those who want to take their efforts further, Goals Plus can be added to the basic Health Challenge.
Consuming enough dairy products. Each day, eating at least 2 portions of dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt…) and/or substitutes (enriched soy drink).
Improving my cardio health. At least 3 times a week, increasing the intensity of the physical activity practiced as part of the “30†to the point of moderate shortness of breath.
WEIGHT AND WAISTLINE
The Health Challenge is also an opportunity for adults to take a look at their weight and their waistline.
GOALS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Even if young people opt for the same goals as adults when they register, the Health Challenge offers them goals that are suited to their needs:
Eating at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetable per day
Getting active at least 60 minutes per day
Achieving balance by trying to get enough sleep, relax and express their emotions by talking to their parents and friends
Spending less than 2 hours per day in front of screens (television, the computer, video games)
