Even though it is recommended to do relaxation sessions lasting from 20 to 60 minutes on a regular basis, it is not necessary to stop what we’re doing for that long or to be in ideal conditions to derive real beneficial effects from them. Once the basic principles of a relaxation technique have been learned, a few moments of relaxing (between 10 and 60 seconds) are enough to reduce tension levels, allow us to deal with certain stressful situations and recharge our batteries, whether we’re sitting or standing, in the kitchen, at work, on the bus...
