With all the time given over to our daily tasks and to the many obligations connected with work and family, thinking of oneself often comes last. More often than not, it happens that we say we have no time for ourselves. But the fact is, it’s rather that we don’t take that time! And yet, we find the time to attend to activities connected with work or with the kids, to do any number of jobs around the house, to take care of others – but we don’t even manage to put aside some brief moments just for ourselves. |
