Prize Description
The 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge prizes have a total approximate value of $22,200.
1. Grand Prize for participants 18 and older, courtesy of IGA
A $6,500 gift certificate for Club Voyages Tourbec, located at 309 Henri-Bourassa Blvd. East, Montreal.
- the gift certificate is valid until April 30, 2011
- certain conditions may apply for the redemption of the gift certificate
2. Prize for a game in the National Hockey League Stanley Cup finals, 18 and older, courtesy of Moov
Two (2) pairs of tickets for a game in the National Hockey League Stanley Cup finals, including airfare, lodging and spending money, worth approximately $3,000 per prize.
3. Desjardins Health Challenge Family Prize, courtesy of Desjardins
A $5,000 contribution to a registered education savings plan in a Desjardins account.
4. Participation prize for a team for a Montreal Canadiens hockey game at the Bell Centre, courtesy of Moov
Three (3) pairs of tickets for a Montreal Canadiens hockey game at the Bell Centre, worth approximately $250 per prize.
5. Regional prizes (one prize for each of Quebec’s 16 regions), courtesy of the SEPAQ
Sixteen (16) gift certificates worth $250 each, redeemable for any product or service offered by the SEPAQ.
6. Special prizes (an initiative of the Quebec’s public health departments: the Directions de santé publique du Québec)
Special prizes may be offered by a Quebec public health department, at its initiative, to participants who reside within its territory.
