Eligibility
1. To be eligible for the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge contest, candidates must:
- a. be duly registered for the 5/30 Health Challenge;
- b. be at least 4 years of age;
- c. reside in Quebec – that is, have their permanent residence in Quebec, inhabit this residence, and normally live there (except for employees, members of the family, executives or retirees of Desjardins outside of Quebec who are also eligible for the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge contest);;
- d. commit to the endeavour of attaining or maintaining the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge 5, 30 and Wellness objectives and have taken up the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge in their own way, according to their reality and preferences, in order to improve their health.
2. Employees of ACTI-MENU, its representatives, agents or members of the eligibility committee, and persons with whom they live, may not participate in this Health Challenge.
3. Employees, representatives and agents of Desjardins who are part of the following teams are excluded from the Desjardins Health Challenge Family contest: Communications and Institutional Advertising Department, Public Relations, Sponsorships and Donations Department and Desjardins Group Overall Health Management and members of the immediate family of these employees, representatives or agents as well as any person with whom they reside.
4. Employees and participating merchants of the Sobeys group and their spouses or common law spouses or anyone with whom these employees, representatives or agents reside are excluded from the prizes offered as part of this contest.
5. Participants whose postal code begins with E3V, E7B, E7C, E7A, E7B, E7C and E7E are excluded from prizes for this contest, but are authorized to register and obtain a 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge kit.
