- 5/30 Health Challenge Prizes Description
1. To be eligible for the 5/30 Health Challenge contest, candidates must:
a) be duly registered for the 5/30 Health Challenge;
b) be at least 4 years of age;
c) reside in Quebec – that is, have their permanent residence in Quebec, inhabit this residence, and normally live there;
d) commit to the endeavour of attaining or maintaining the 5/30 Health Challenge 5 and 30 goals;
e) have taken up the 5/30 Health Challenge in their way, according to their reality and preferences, in order to improve their health.
2. Employees of ACTI-MENU, its representatives, agents or members of the eligibility committee, and persons with whom they live, may not participate in this Challenge.
3. For the Desjardins 5/30 Family Prize, the Desjardins employees, agents and representatives who are part of the following Quebec Federation of Caisses Desjardins teams are excluded from winning, as well as their immediate family members and any other person with whom they reside: Institutional Publicity and Communications management; Public Relations management; sponsorship and donations and Global Health Management; MCD; at Desjardins Financial Security, personnel from the principal Communications management team.
