To Win One of the Prizes
To be eligible for the prize draw, you must:
- be registered for the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge;
- live in Quebec;
- be 4 years of age or older;
- have made an effort to achieve or maintain the 5 and 30 goals during the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge’s official six-week period, from March 1 to April 11, 2010 inclusive.
